Eligibility for Returns

-You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
-Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for return.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses.

In order to provide you with the finest shopping experience, we offer complimentary shipping through FedEx, UPS, or USPS to worldwide, including Asia, Europe, North America,Australia and the Middle East(AE,SA,QA) area. Free shipping will be automatically applied to all eligible orders. For orders below $99, a flat shipping fee of $20 will be applied. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses are not within our shipping coverage.

Processing Time

We understand your concern about order processing time. Once you place your order, we swing into action immediately. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt. During this stage, we carefully inspect your products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

Shipping Time

We are committed to getting your items to you as swiftly as possible. For in-stock items, you can generally expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days after shipping it, depending on your location,customs regulations, and any unforeseen circumstances.We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

1.  Washing conditions

dry cleaning is recommended, not machine washable, no bleach, alkaline detergent, it is recommended to match the special detergent for silk. When the detergent is fully dissolved in water, soak in warm water below 20℃ for 2-3 minutes, hand wash gently. After rinsing with clean water, wash with silk detergent or daily shampoo, shower gel.

2.  Avoid direct sunlight

After rinsing with clean water, do not wring it out, use a clean towel to wrap and roll it to absorb the moisture and hang it on a hanger, put it indoors to dry in the shade or in the breeze to dry, avoid direct sunlight.

3.  Suitable ironing temperature

Ironing temperature should be lower than 110℃, it is recommended to iron carefully through the padded cloth, do not rub the metal, avoid perfume spray dyeing.

4. Storage conditions

It is recommended to fold the silk scarf and hang it on the hanger or in the storage cabinet, do not store with other deodorants. Placed in a dry and ventilated place, avoid cosmetics, perfume and other chemicals directly stained in the silk scarf, seasonal need to single put.
