For USA Customers: Good news! We have a local warehouse in the United States. You can enjoy domestic returns without the hassle of international shipping.

🌍 For International Customers (Rest of World): Items must be returned to our main facility in Guangzhou, China. Please be aware that international return shipping costs can be significant. If you are returning an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for these costs.

Initiating a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at service@sinocultural.com to request a Return Authorization RA(your order) number. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will reply with the correct return address (US Warehouse or China Facility) based on your location and the RA number.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s), including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
- Label: Clearly mark the RA(your order) number on the outside of the package.
- Ship: Ship the return to the address provided in our email. After you send the package, please inform us of the tracking number via email.

Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Amount Calculation

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
