About Sale
The Flash Sale runs from November 15th to December 4th. Every day, we will feature 6 selected products with up to 50% off. The discount and time slots vary for each product, and the selection will be updated daily! You can check out the current day’s flash sale items and also preview the products for the next day on the event page.
No, Flash Sale products cannot be combined with any other discounts during the event period. Once the flash sale ends, the products will return to their original prices, at which point you can use the standard discounts available for non-flash sale products.
Don’t worry! New flash sale products will be updated every day. Over the course of the event, there will be 9 flash sales, with 6 products featured each day, so you’ll have plenty of chances to grab a deal. Plus, each event page will feature a preview of the flash sale products for the next day, giving you the chance to plan your purchase in advance.
Even if you don't participate in the Flash Sale, you can still take advantage of our Price Guarantee policy between November 15th and December 4th. This means you can enjoy 12% OFF (1 item), 15% OFF (2 items), and 20% OFF (3 items) on bags and scarves, as well as 8% OFF (1 item), 10% OFF (2 items), and 15% OFF (3 items) on home goods during this period.

About Shipping
We ship to Asia (excluding India), Europe, North America, Australia, and the Middle East (AE, SA, QA).
Typically, orders are processed within 2 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your package's journey.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
